Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Senior Field Service/Installation Engineer to join our expanding Field Service Team. This is a field-based, customer-facing role covering Yorkshire and the North West.

You will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of customer equipment including bottled and mains-fed water coolers, water fountains, hot water boilers, and coffee machines.

Duties

Installation and commissioning of water and coffee equipment at customer sites
Planned preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of equipment
Delivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
Completing service reports and job documentation accurately
Working in line with company procedures and health & safety standards
Majority of work based across Yorkshire and the North West
Company vehicle provided
Occasional overnight stays (typically 1–2 nights every other month)
Accommodation and meals paid when working away

Experience

Proven experience in a technical, mechanical, plumbing, or field service role (preferred)
Hands-on, practical approach
Strong problem-solving skills
Customer-focused and professional attitude
Self-motivated and reliable
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
